Returns & Exchanges
We will accept requests for exchanges and returns on unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of purchase date (clothes within 15 days) , except for :
- mask
- Items that are bought : at a reduced price, with a discount, with a special offer, with a discount code or when we pay the taxes for you, can be exchanged (depending on availability) or refunded on an electronic gift card.
- Items which are marked as "FINAL SALE" and items which are on sale at -30% discount or more (they are not exchangeable nor refundable)
Discount codes are not combinable with reduced price items.Â

Items must include all original tags and packaging in order to be eligible.
If you return merchandise worn or showing signs of visible wear due to the use of the merchandise, we will return the merchandise to you at your own expense or we will keep the merchandise and we will not make any exchange nor refund.
Please contact orders@boutiquebubbles.com before returning any merchandise and include your web order# so we may authorize your request and either provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return label (return label cost will be deducted) or you can send it back to us at your expense. The Return Authorization number provided to you must be clearly indicated on the shipping parcel so we can identify it.
Kindly note that we reply to all emails within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
We limit exchanges to one (1) per item per order. Once you exchange, you cannot exchange again or return your item.Â
If you are in the greater Montreal area you may also exchange your items directly in our retail location.You may first contact us by email at orders@boutiquebubbles.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once we have received the item and verified its eligibility we will issue a refund (if your product is eligible to) to the same credit card account you used for your purchase or to your PayPal, AfterPay or Sezzle account. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for this refund to show on your credit card statement. In case of doubt we suggest you contact your financial institution directly.
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise received after 30 days of purchase or without an R.A. number or exchange it for a credit note at our discretion.Â
Shipping fees from your order are non-refundable : shipping fees you paid, real shipping fees we paid for you, or shipping fees we paid for you in case you were eligible for free shipping.Â
Order Cancellation
Our shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. A 12% cancellation fee will be applied on cancelled orders once they are processed.
Refused Shipments
If an item is returned to us because it was not claimed, refused by you or due to a delivery attempt to a wrong address, we will charge you the actual shipping costs incurred instead of the flat rate. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. All refused packages are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
