Please note that these Terms & Conditions are applicable only to our online store www.boutiquebubbles.com. Terms & Conditions may vary in-store.

Personal Information

The information you provide to us during the registration process or while shopping on boutiquebubbles.com is collected and stored for the sole use of Boutique Bubbles and will never be shared, sold or distributed. We may contact you with promotional offers or news bulletins only if you have opted for this feature. Your privacy is very important to us – if you have any questions or concerns please contact orders@boutiquebubbles.com, you can also reach us 1-888-984 1022.

Item Availability

Please note that the inventory you see online at www.boutiquebubbles.com (items available or not) is only dedicated to our online store. Therefore in-store inventory may not be the same. Do not hesitate to contact us at 1-888-984-1022 to know the availability of products in-store.

The availability of the items appearing on boutiquebubbles.com is subject to change without notice. Though we make every effort possible to keep stock levels up to date and accurate, items appearing as ‘in stock’ may be unavailable to order. In the rare event that you have ordered one of these items we will contact you to suggest alternative options or to proceed with canceling your order at your request.

Payments

We gladly accept payments by Visa®, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle and PayPal, Afterpay. 

Sales tax

Quebec Residents: 5% GST + 9.5% PST 
Rest of Canada: variable according to the region
Rest of the world.: No sales tax applies.


Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All orders received after 2:00PM will be processed the next day.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Canada:

- Free in-store pick up (Montréal). We will contact you by phone or email once your order is ready. It can take 1-5 business days. Please bring your ID and order confirmation with you.

- We ship in Canada within 1-5 business days (with a tracking number). Free shipping for orders over 149$ for Quebec and Ontario. For other provinces, free shipping for orders over $199. 

USA:

- We ship to the USA within to 1-5 business days (with a tracking number). Free shipping for orders over $499.

International :

-  We ship to the rest of the world within 1 to 5 business days (with a tracking number). Shipping cost depends on selected item and your location.

Delays may vary due to customs clearance which are out of our control.  Please see the customs section in this help guide for more information.

* Delivery delays can fluctuate for international orders due to customs procedures beyond our control.

Customs

We are not responsible for import taxes, additional fees or shipping delays (if any) associated with shipping to the rest of the world, and encourage you to familiarize yourself with these before purchasing. We will fill out all required documentation to expedite this process and ensure these fees are kept to a minimum however we must always declare the actual value of your order. You may visit the Customs website of your country for more information on standard fees associated with importing goods.

Returns & Exchanges


We will accept requests for exchanges and returns on unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of purchase date (clothes within 15 days), except for :

- mask

- Items that are bought : at a reduced price, with a discount, with a special offer, with a discount code or when we pay the taxes for you, can be exchanged (depending on availability) or refunded on a gift card.

- Items which are marked as "FINAL SALE" and items which are in the SALE category (they are not exchangeable nor refundable)

- Items which are on sale at 30% discount or more (they are not exchangeable nor refundable)

Discount codes are not combinable with reduced price items. 
Items must include all original tags and packaging in order to be eligible.

If you return merchandise worn or showing signs of visible wear due to the use of the merchandise, we will return the merchandise to you at your own expense or we will keep the merchandise and we will not make any exchange nor refund.

Please contact orders@boutiquebubbles.com before returning any merchandise and include your web order# so we may authorize your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. The Return Authorization number provided to you must be clearly indicated on the shipping parcel so we can identify it. Kindly note that we reply to all emails within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

You are responsible for shipping fees when returning your merchandise. We limit exchanges to one (1) per item per order. Once you exchange, you cannot exchange again or return your item.

If you are in the greater Montreal area you may also exchange your items directly in our retail location. You may first contact us by email at orders@boutiquebubbles.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Once we have received the item and verified its eligibility we will issue a refund to the same credit card account you used for your purchase or to your PayPal, AfterPay or Sezzle account. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for this refund to show on your credit card statement. In case of doubt we suggest you contact your financial institution directly. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise received after 30 days of purchase or without an R.A. number or exchange it for a credit note at our discretion. Shipping fees from your order are non-refundable : shipping fees you paid, real shipping fees we paid for you, or shipping fees we paid for you in case you were eligible for free shipping. 

Warranty

We honor the warranties of the brands we sell when they offer one. We will be the intermediary between you and the brand to facilitate the process of repairing or replacing the item. In order to claim a warranty, you must send us your defective product or come to our store in Montreal, Canada. If you can not come in-store, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for your defective product. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs of your repaired and / or replaced product, unless you can pick it up in-store.

Order Cancellation

Our shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

Refused Shipments

If an item is returned to us because it was not claimed, refused by you or due to a delivery attempt to a wrong address, we will charge you the actual shipping costs incurred instead of the flat rate. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. All refused packages are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
